Payment Information

We do not directly collect or store payment card details. All payment processing is handled through Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android). We receive only transaction identifiers and subscription status information necessary to manage your account.

Location Information

Location data from workouts synced from connected devices (such as Garmin or Strava) is stored as part of your workout history.

Usage Analytics

We use Mixpanel to collect anonymized analytics data about how users interact with our Services. This helps us understand feature usage, identify issues, and improve the user experience. This data includes screens viewed, features used, and general usage patterns, but does not include your workout details or health data.

Information from Third-Party Services

Connected Fitness Platforms

If you choose to connect third-party fitness platforms, we collect data from those services to sync your workouts and provide a unified training experience:

  • Garmin Connect: Workout activities, heart rate data, GPS data, and performance metrics
  • Strava: Activity data, workout details, and performance metrics
  • Apple Health: Workout data, heart rate, and health metrics (with your permission)

When you connect these services, we store OAuth tokens to maintain the connection. We only access the data necessary to sync your workouts and do not access unrelated information from these platforms.

If you participate in community features such as Event Hub forums or Community Highlights:

  • Your username and profile photo may be visible to other users
  • Forum posts and replies you create are visible to other authenticated users

Your Rights and Choices

Account and Profile Settings

You can update or correct your account information at any time through the app's Profile and Settings screens.

Communication Preferences

  • Push Notifications: You can enable or disable workout reminders, weekly summaries, and community updates in the app settings
  • Marketing Emails: You can opt in or opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
  • Transactional Emails: You will continue to receive essential account-related emails (such as password resets and subscription confirmations) regardless of your marketing preferences

Connected Services

You can disconnect third-party fitness platforms (Garmin, Strava, Apple Health) at any time through the app's device settings. Disconnecting a service will stop future data syncing but will not delete previously synced workout data.

Privacy Controls

  • Community Highlights: You can opt out of appearing in Community Highlights through your privacy settings
  • Profile Visibility: You can control what profile information is visible to other users

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion:

  • Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days
  • Any content you posted in community forums may be retained but will be anonymized
  • Anonymized training data may be retained to improve our Services

Data Access and Export

We are committed to giving you control over your data. While a full data export feature is not yet available, we plan to add this capability in a future update. In the meantime, you can request a copy of your personal data by contacting us at support@aerostraining.com.


Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please do not use our Services or provide any information to us.

Aeros Training is based in the United States, and our Services are primarily designed for users in the United States.
