About
Every athlete deserves a coach that pays attention
Aeros exists to close the gap between generic training plans and a real coach.
Most endurance athletes train in one of two ways. They follow a generic plan — a PDF or a template that falls apart the first time life gets in the way — or they hire a coach, which works brilliantly but costs more than most people can justify.
Aeros Training was built to be the third option: the experience of working with a real coach, at a price every athlete can justify. A plan built around your goal, your schedule, and your experience. A weekly review that looks at what you actually did and reworks what comes next. A readiness score that knows when to push you and when to back off. And when you have a question, a certified coach — a real human — answers in the app.
Aeros is founder-built and athlete-tested. The training methodology follows certified coaching curricula — UESCA for running and USAT for multi-sport — and every feature was shaped by beta athletes training for real races: first 5Ks, marathon PRs, and long-course triathlons. It works just as well with no race at all; plenty of our athletes train simply to get fitter, faster, and more consistent.
We're a small team, and we like it that way. When you email support or message the coach, a person reads it and a person answers.

From the founder
Hi, I'm Alex.
I'm a data scientist, endurance athlete and coach — and now the founder of Aeros Training.
My introduction to endurance sports came in the form of running late at night the summer after I graduated high school. I had no idea what I was doing, but I wanted to get in better shape before leaving for college — and I went out at night to beat the heat.
For the next year or so, I ran only on occasion and lifted when I had time for it. Safe to say I didn't see the improvement I'd hoped for. Eventually I started taking things more seriously — running a few times a week and lifting more regularly — and things finally started to come together.
But again, life got in the way.
It wasn't until my senior year of college that I really went all in, signing up for my first Ironman 70.3 with no idea what I was getting myself into. I didn't have a bike, I had never swum competitively, and I don't think I had ever run a race longer than a local 5K. But I was committed to pushing myself, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I've since raced everything from 10Ks to full-distance Ironmans, and I've loved (almost) every minute of it. It has truly changed my life in more ways than I could have imagined.
That said, diving into endurance sports was also one of the most expensive decisions I ever made — even beyond the gear. I didn't know what I was doing, and between a full-time course load and a part-time internship, working with a coach felt like my only real option. And one-on-one coaching can quickly climb to hundreds of dollars per month.
My experience working with a coach was fantastic — so much so that I eventually became a certified coach myself (USAT Level 1 and UESCA Running) — but it's also something I was incredibly fortunate to be able to afford.
I realize that not everyone is so lucky.
So, as a data scientist, I decided to do something about it. In late 2025, I left my full-time job to build Aeros Training — a personalized endurance training platform designed to replicate the experience of working with a coach at a fraction of the cost.
My goal is to bring high-quality, personalized coaching to as many athletes as possible, in the hope that they'll discover just how rewarding endurance sports can be.
I've worked hard to build something powerful — something that an athlete like me, juggling a full calendar of endurance competitions and a demanding hybrid training schedule, would legitimately use. After wonderful feedback from dozens of beta athletes of all ability levels, I'm excited to share that we're launching to the public.
I'm thrilled to have you here. Welcome to Aeros Training.

What we believe
Built around you
Not a template with your name on it. Your goal, your schedule, your experience, your injury history — the plan starts from where you actually are.
Honest, like a coach
Encouraging but straight with you. If today should be easy, Aeros says so. No hype, no guilt, no pretending a missed week didn't happen.
Real methodology
Plans are built on certified coaching methodology (UESCA running, USAT multi-sport): true periodization, mostly-easy volume, recovery weeks, and proper tapers.
