Plans & training
What sports does Aeros support?
Running, cycling, swimming, and triathlon — in one plan. Strength and mobility sessions are woven into your week too, matched to your equipment and injury history.
What goals can I train for?
Every mainstream goal: 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, and ultra; sprint, Olympic, 70.3, and full-distance triathlon; century rides, gran fondos, and time trials; open-water swims; or general fitness with no race at all.
Can I train for multiple races at once?
Yes. Aeros is built for a full race calendar. Add every event you're targeting — across running, cycling, swimming, and triathlon — and you get a single plan that trains for all of them in tandem, with buildups, tapers, and recovery sequenced around each race. Before Aeros, that kind of season planning usually meant hiring a coach.
Do I need a race on the calendar?
No race required. You can train for general fitness, endurance, or speed with a fully structured plan. If you decide to race later, Aeros' race discovery helps you find real events by location and date — and your plan restructures around the one you pick.
How is my plan personalized?
During onboarding, Aeros learns your sports, experience level in each one, your target races or goals, weekly hours, available training days, strength equipment, and injury history. Your plan is built on certified coaching methodology with true periodization — base, build, peak, and taper — and mostly-easy volume, just like a coach would structure it.
What does a workout look like?
Fully prescribed: warm-up, the main set with target paces, heart-rate or power zones, effort guides for athletes without sensors, and cool-down. Fitness tests in the app set your personal zones and recalibrate them as you improve.
I'm a beginner. Is Aeros for me?
Yes. Plans start from exactly where you are — including true beginner. Tell Aeros your experience honestly during onboarding and the plan will build you up safely, not throw you into someone else's template.
How the plan adapts
What happens if I miss a workout — or a whole week?
Your plan adjusts, just like a coach would adjust it. Every week Aeros reviews what you planned against what you actually did and rebuilds the next two weeks. A missed week doesn't break your plan; it reshapes it.
Can I move workouts around my schedule?
Yes — reschedule, swap, or skip any workout and the training load redistributes automatically across your week.
What if I get sick, travel, or burn out?
Pause training and the plan reshapes around the break. When you're back, Aeros rebuilds from where you actually are, not where the original plan assumed you'd be.
Can I add or change a race mid-plan?
Yes. Add a race or change your goal and the entire plan structure updates — phases, key workouts, and taper included.
Devices & data
Which devices work with Aeros?
Garmin has the deepest integration: activities and recovery data sync in, and structured workouts export to your watch. Apple Health (iOS) and Health Connect (Android) cover Apple Watch, Samsung, Coros, Polar, Suunto, Wahoo, and most other devices via their companion apps. Setup guides are in our Help Center.
Do completed workouts log automatically?
Yes. Completed activities auto-match to your planned workouts — including brick sessions — so there's no manual logging. If you train without a watch, manual entry works too.
What is Charge Score?
Your daily readiness score (0–100), computed from sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and training load. It has five zones from "Rest" to "Go hard," and when readiness is low, Aeros suggests an easier session.
Is my health data used for advertising?
No. Health data is never used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on how your data is handled.
The coach
Is the coach a real person?
Yes — coach chat connects you with a certified endurance coach, a real human, not a bot. Most competitors offer a chatbot or nothing at all.
What can I ask the coach?
Anything about your training: pacing a race, whether to push through fatigue, how to juggle a heavy work week, what a workout is for. The coach can see your plan, so answers are about your training, not generic advice.
Pricing & account
How much does Aeros cost?
Every new athlete gets a 7-day free trial with everything included. After that, Aeros Premium is from $14.99/month or $149.99/year (about 16% off). Exact pricing is localized and shown in your app store before you subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime from your store's subscription settings — if you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all data. If you can't access the app, see our delete account page for an email-based option.
