Everything a coach would do, in your pocket
Six pillars, one goal: the experience of working with a real coach — a plan built around you that adapts to your life every week.
Pillar 1
A plan built around you
Never someone else's template. Aeros starts by learning exactly where you are and what you're training for, then builds every week on certified coaching methodology.
- Onboarding captures your sports, per-sport experience, target races or general goals, weekly hours, available days, equipment, and injury history.
- Supports every mainstream goal: 5K to ultra, sprint to full-distance triathlon, century rides, open-water swims — or general fitness with no race at all.
- Racing more than once this season? Add every event and Aeros trains you for all of them in tandem — sequencing buildups, tapers, and recovery across your whole calendar the way a coach manages a race season.
- True periodization: base, build, peak, and taper phases, mostly-easy volume, recovery weeks, and race-appropriate tapers.
- Every workout fully prescribed: warm-up, intervals, target paces, heart-rate and power zones, effort guides, and cool-down.

Pillar 2
It adapts every week
A weekly review compares what you planned against what you actually did, then rebuilds the next two weeks — the same judgment call a coach would make.
- Reschedule, swap, or skip any workout and the training load redistributes automatically.
- Pause training for illness, travel, or burnout and the plan reshapes around it.
- Add or change a race and the whole structure updates.
- Post-race check-ins feed the next training block.

Pillar 3
It knows when to push you
Training hard on the wrong day is how plans break. Aeros reads your recovery signals and adjusts the ask.
- Charge Score: a daily 0–100 readiness score from sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and training load — five zones from "Rest" to "Go hard."
- Low charge? Aeros suggests an easier session instead of pretending yesterday didn't happen.
- Built-in fitness tests set personal zones: a 20-minute threshold run, a 20-minute bike test, and 400/200m swim test — each driving a 6-zone model.
- Zones recalibrate automatically as your fitness improves.

Pillar 4
It works with your watch
Finish a workout and it's already in your plan — completed activities auto-match to planned sessions, including brick workouts. No manual logging.
- Garmin: the deepest integration — activities and recovery data sync in, structured workouts export to the watch.
- Apple Health (iOS) and Health Connect (Android) cover Apple Watch, Samsung, Coros, Polar, Suunto, and more.
- Workouts, heart rate, HRV, and sleep sync in — powering both your plan and your Charge Score.
- No watch? Manual entry works for watchless athletes.

Pillar 5
The whole athlete
Endurance is more than miles. Aeros trains the body that carries you through them — and shows you the progress as it happens.
- Strength and mobility sessions woven into your week, matched to your equipment (bodyweight to full gym) and injury history, with exercise demos.
- Progress analytics: fitness trend, training load (CTL/ATL/TSB), volume by sport, personal bests, streaks, and 35+ achievements.
- Race predictions from 5K through marathon and tri distances that update as your fitness improves.
- Race discovery: search real events by location and date, right inside onboarding.

Pillar 6
A real coach in the app
When you have a question about your training, you don't want a bot — you want someone who can look at your plan and give you a straight answer.
- In-app chat with a certified endurance coach — a human, and a genuine differentiator.
- A training FAQ library for the questions every athlete hits.
- An exercise demo library for every strength and mobility movement.
- Smart notifications: workout reminders, rest-day prompts, weekly summaries, and milestone celebrations — with quiet hours.

See it with your own training.
Every feature is included in the 7-day free trial — plan, sync, Charge Score, and coach chat.
